Mario Hervas Washed Mejorado - 200g (7.05oz) - Roasted 03/04/2026

This is an ultralight roast on the Loring S15 Roast of the Mario Hervas Washed Mejorado.

Tasting notes: mostly stone fruit like sweetness like lychee or apricot, citric acidity medium intensity, joocy, a little herbal

Farm/Producer: Mario Hervas / Finca Meridiano 

Origin: Pichincha, Ecuador

Varietal: Typica Mejorado

Process: Double Washed: In-cherry fermentation for 24-30 hours, depulped and washed with some mucilage remaining, fermented underwater for another 36-40 hours. Washed thoroughly and then dried on raised beds for 18-22 days.
