Resting
We recommend resting at least 2-3 weeks before brewing. Though, we enjoy and encourage experimenting with extended rest times, such as up to 8-12 weeks.

Grind: Medium-Fine Grind Size
Water: 92C-94C

Recipe:
4 circle pours of 50g-55g
Total Brew Water: 200g-220g
Recommended Ratio: 1:16 to 1:17
Total Brew Time: 2:30-3:00
