From the producer: Oli Shantewene station is named after a specific area in Shantewene called Oliye, as well as my firstborn, Oliver — a combination of the two that gave the name Oli Shantewene.

The ripest cherries from our partner farmer Duguna D farm are picked and delivered to the station, where they undergo hand-sorting for under-ripe and over-ripe cherries, then dry on raised African beds in the shade for 25–30 days.

Expected flavor notes: Pineapple, orange, coffee blossom, and a caramel finish.
