This is a Loring S15 Roast of the Suke Quto honey process.

Tasting notes: There's a nice acidity, some ripe fruits, some florals, and also some bitterness that's a signature of honey process fermentation in the taste. On this Loring roast, compared to the minmax Stronghold roast of the same coffee, we think it tastes lighter and the fermentation is less present compared to the frooty flavors in the cup.
