Tasting notes: This fly crop Kenya definitely leans savory, so if it is not your cup of tea (coffee) then definitely skip this one. We taste redcurrant, some herbal and savory notes like tomato leaf or thyme. What we like about roasting Kenyan coffees ultralight are the slight tea and floral notes that would otherwise be lost by a slightly darker roast, even if roasting it slightly darker might contribute to slightly better acidity. Tradeoffs!
