For all EU orders with the exception of Spain and Greece, IOSS is enabled on the norml coffee ppl website. This means that orders with an intrinsic value (not including VAT and shipping) of under 150 euros will be shipped with all VAT, delivery fees, and duties paid, so you will not have to pay anything when the parcel reaches customs.

Please note that as of 1 January 2026, all orders to Romania and Italy may incur an additional nationally imposed small parcel fee of 5 euros and 3 euros respectively. IOSS shipments are not exempt from this fee.

Please note that for international orders outside the EU, you will be responsible for paying any duties, tariffs, or taxes to your country's customs agency when the package reaches the border.
